Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only – No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described, please contact us immediately at admin@shoptheluxuryedit.com.au within 14 days after receive it your item/items. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a repair, replacement, or in certain cases, a refund.

Process for Exchanges

  1. Contact us at admin@shoptheluxuryedit.com.au with your order details and reason for exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will dispatch your chosen replacement.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Important
This policy does not affect your legal rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.
